Saturday, 8/1: Pizza Beer (Pilot Series) Release

Join us Saturday, August 1st, for the release of Pizza Beer!

Developed on our Pilot Series system from the mastermind of Daniel Nadrchal, this smooth but complex and balanced pale ale, is crafted with an herbal dash of Dan's secret herbs and spices, blended to sit right alongside the tomato character you expect in a pizza. You'll find aromas of oregano, malt & tomato and flavors of tomato, crisp pale ale bitterness and a tame, balanced spice character reminiscent of a saison. Bread notes from the wheat round it out. This fun, conversation-starting beer is a couch-mover's currency, in convenient, grease-free form.

Fat Pizza will be on site slinging up pizza from 1pm to 5pm to coincide with our Pizza Beer release! 

This is made on our Pilot Series system and is only available on tap in our Confluence Brewing taproom. Our Pilot Series system allows us to experiment with batches and express our creativity. A lot of old favorites are brewed on this system.
