Rye Barrel Aged Rock Dodger Double IPA with Mango

10.7% ABV

Already a hot fruity mess, our beloved Rock Dodger didn’t need any improvements, but that didn’t stop us from trying. We racked our double dry-hopped double IPA into rye whiskey barrels over a mound of diced mangos... and then we dry-hopped it again! The base beer has a blend of hops including Citra, El Dorado and Simcoe, resulting in a fruit-forward double IPA. The mangos further accentuate the existing tropical fruit flavors of the base beer and are balanced by the bracing heat from the rye barrels, creating an irresistible finish. The result is nothing short of magnificent. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

Mango Dodger is available ONLY in our Confluence taproom as part of our Pilot Series-- made on our Pilot Series system that allows us to experiment and bring back old favorites in small batches. These are available only on tap in our taproom.
