We have to admit, the launch of the James Webb Space Telescope has our imagination all fired up. The first sets of photos from the largest telescope ever launched into space have revealed a truly awe-inspiring look at the Cosmos we inhabit. We thought we’d celebrate the achievement with a variation on our classic IPA. Our traditional Des Moines malt profile is the perfect vehicle for the exploration of Omega’s Cosmic yeast strain and the upper limits of its synergy with Galaxy hops. Flavors and aromas of passion fruit, citrus, and peach explode like brightly colored nebulae across the palate in ways we wouldn’t have dreamed of just a few years ago.
