Serenaded by the cyclical chirps of emerging cicadas and the low rumble of grass-chewing mowers, our thoughts drift to Holiday. Be it by seashore or lakeshore, we long for the feeling of sand between our toes, the lap of cool waters, carefree peace of mind, and endless days. This English-Style Summer Ale is a perfect accompaniment to the season. It’s crisp and slightly dry, like a German lager, but fruitier and floral, with notes of orange marmalade and the aroma of a hidden meadow filled with wildflowers.
