Friday, 5/1: Grodzilla Release (Pilot Series)

Our EXCLUSIVE beer of the month for May is.... Grodzilla! Releasing in our taproom Friday, May 1st.

A Grodziskie-style beer, which is a historical style from Poland that has been revitalized in recent years. It’s a 100% Oak Smoked Wheat beer, but it lacks the clove or banana notes common in many wheat beers. The oak smoke is also lighter and more approachable than the cherry wood or beechwood smoked malts we have worked with in the past. It’s colloquially referred to as Polish Champagne, and a big hit on the patio! 

This is made on our Pilot Series system and is only available on tap in our Confluence Brewing taproom. Our Pilot Series system allows us to experiment with batches and express our creativity. A lot of old favorites are brewed on this system.
