Like any good provisioner, they sough out Confluence Brewing to whip up the perfect beer to slake the thirst of their finest patrons. Way Out West, a West Coast IPA born of Pacific Northwest hops, is pine-scented and resin-bright, with a citrus character that cuts like a cool water on a parched tongue. So tie up your mare, knock the dust from your boots, and let Way Out West prove that there's no finer craft oasis west of the Mighty Mississippi.
