Traditionally, a Saison would be enjoyed as a respite from the heat after a hard day's work. Over time, its simple and refreshing base has proven to be a perfect canvas for all manner of additions and flavors. In that spirit, we've pushed this Saison out of its classic season with the addition of tart cranberries and spruce tips. We think you'll find that this non-traditional Saison evokes the taste and feeling of the holidays. Please enjoy this beer with friends and loved ones in this season of togetherness.
