Saison Des Moines w/ Cranberries and Spruce Tips
French-Style Saison Ale
5.9% ABV
Traditionally, a Saison should be enjoyed as a respite from the heat after a hard day’s work. Created as an homage to the simple-but-elegant Saison DuPont by our farm-boy-turned-head-brewer, John Martin, our Saison Des Moines certainly fits that mold. But, as craft brewers push the boundaries of tradition, so have we pushed this Saison out of its season with the addition of tart cranberries and spruce tips. We think you'll find that this non-traditional Saison evokes the taste and feeling of the holidays. Please enjoy this beer with friends and loved ones in this season of togetherness. From Confluence Brewing to you and yours, happy holidays!
Enjoy a glass in the taproom and don't forget to grab a 4-pack to take home to enjoy. Distribution across Iowa will begin on Monday, November 2nd.
